Led the successful deployment of a comprehensive OneBox security solution across 830 retail stores in Belgium and Luxembourg. Managed all technical aspects, including network integration, hardware installation, and system configuration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The project enhanced the overall security posture of each store, streamlining protection against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with industry security best practices.
Main Tasks
Developed a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with store managers and technical teams across 830 retail stores.
Ensured seamless integration of the OneBox solution into each store’s existing IT infrastructure, including secure network configurations and hardware compatibility.
Conducted extensive testing at each site to verify the functionality and security of the system, ensuring all endpoints were fully protected.
Ensured that the rollout met compliance requirements for data protection and cybersecurity, minimizing risks while maintaining operational efficiency.
Implemented a monitoring framework for post-deployment support, enabling real-time visibility and rapid response to any security incidents.
