Coordinated the implementation of a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution to optimize network performance and enhance security across multiple enterprise stores. The project aimed to improve network reliability, increase bandwidth efficiency, and provide centralized management of network traffic, all while reducing operational costs and enhancing security for remote and branch offices.

Main Tasks

  • Contributing to evaluating SD-WAN vendors and selected the optimal solution based on performance, cost, and security features, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

  • Integrated advanced security features such as encryption and secure tunneling into the SD-WAN solution and conducted rigorous testing to ensure secure connectivity.

  • Conducting regular on-site and remote internal audits of suppliers to evaluate their adherence to GMP and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and legal teams to integrate TPRM into contract negotiations and ongoing supplier management.

  • Establishing and maintaining continuous monitoring systems for third-party performance, ensuring ongoing compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards.
